How can anyone do justice in writing a descriptive song about the sheer beauty of God`s creation? His love is evident for all to see, from the great galaxies and majestic mountains to the tiniest little squirrel folding its hands as though in thankful prayer to the One who loved it enough to give it life! Ken picked up his guitar one afternoon and started singing, and the song "I gave it all to you" came out word for word as it is today. I secretly recorded him, and later on, we arranged it and recorded it again. https://youtu.be/WHV6FfJYpOU
5tomidnightmusic.comtag:5tomidnightmusic.com,2005:Post/68159692021-11-19T19:09:06-08:002021-11-19T19:09:06-08:00Book for the Transformation of the heart
God created you and knows every minute detail of your life. You will be uplifted as you see how He is sovereign over every detail in your life and has only good intentions towards you. You will become more aware of His love for you.
5tomidnightmusic.comtag:5tomidnightmusic.com,2005:Post/67874282021-10-26T11:09:10-07:002021-10-26T11:09:10-07:00Escape from Laodicea, a collection of allegories and analysis to transform the heart
Stories are mirrors through which we see our true selves. Through them, we enter fantasy—another time, another place—and emerge with a clearer view of reality. In Escape from Laodicea, you will walk through a medieval village, watch the king rule, buy from unscrupulous sellers, find yourself imprisoned, and sail away in your yacht from a flotilla of ships...

In this collection of allegories and analysis, Ken and Cathy Esplin share original tales inspired by our loving God, who sent His Son Jesus to save us from sin and our selfish clinging to the world. He wants to transform our hearts to be like His. With examples from the writers’ own lives, the support of scriptural references, and classic Christian writers, the reader will be encouraged when the road gets hard.
5tomidnightmusic.comtag:5tomidnightmusic.com,2005:Post/67857262021-10-24T17:58:45-07:002021-10-24T17:58:45-07:00Book for the Transformation of the heart
If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.… 1 John 1:8-9 KJV. Jesus, the Savior, paid the price for our sins present past, and future, and if you give Him your life today and accept Him as Lord and Savior you will be made right with God, just as if you have never sinned. After you have invited Him into your heart and you are saved and made right with God, He will begin the work of changing you, as shown in our Book for the Transformation of the heart, Escape from Laodicea.
5tomidnightmusic.comtag:5tomidnightmusic.com,2005:Post/67610752021-09-29T10:59:17-07:002021-09-29T10:59:17-07:00Book for the Transformation of the heart
In our Transformation of the heart book, you will find allegories that will encourage you to walk closer to Jesus. You will be uplifted as you See God's hand at work in your everyday life with all of its problems.
5tomidnightmusic.comtag:5tomidnightmusic.com,2005:Post/67541972021-09-22T10:26:55-07:002021-09-22T10:26:55-07:00You are never alone
In John 16:32 Jesus knew before the time that He would be crucified for all our sins and said: Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.

No matter how hard your circumstances may be, please bind this to your heart: God is with you! That's if you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior. And if you have not yet done so what on earth is stopping you? Ask God to forgive you of all your sins: past, present, and future and ask Jesus to be your Lord and Saviour. He will answer your prayer and you may rest assured that you will go to heaven. Read the Bible, start at the Gospel of John if you like, and find a church to help you and support you. My prayer for you is that you will discover the immeasurable love of God and that I will see you in heaven one day!
5tomidnightmusic.comtag:5tomidnightmusic.com,2005:Post/67521622021-09-20T15:04:26-07:002021-09-20T15:04:26-07:00Trust Jesus!
“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.” Proverbs 3:15.

Our destination is not earth. It is what happens after we die that matters. The Bible says we will all give an account to Jesus for the lives He gave us. This sounds scary, but the good news is that if you ask Jesus to be your Lord and Savior and give your life and your will to Him, you will not perish but have everlasting life. You will be forgiven. No matter what happens around us in a world that is getting darker let us surrender all to Him, even things we don't understand and rest in His goodness and love.
5tomidnightmusic.comtag:5tomidnightmusic.com,2005:Post/67467692021-09-15T10:43:55-07:002021-09-15T10:46:49-07:00Are you worried about Covid and what's going on around us?
God is sovereign and in control. Jesus said: And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh. Luke 21:28. If it seems like Satan has victories everywhere, remember he is on a leash. God showed Ken an eye-opening allegory about this, and you will find the allegory in our book Escape from Laodicea. See Chapter 19: The Middle Bench. I quote:

Take courage! Jesus said when you see all these things happening, it means our redemption is getting closer. He is coming soon! He is coming for a pure bride, a sifted bride, not a worldly, lukewarm church. The wind of opposition must separate the wheat from the chaff before He comes. Chapter 19, Escape from Laodicea, Ken and Cathy Esplin
5tomidnightmusic.comtag:5tomidnightmusic.com,2005:Post/66984192021-07-26T09:34:17-07:002021-07-26T09:34:17-07:00Simply ask Jesus
Is God real? Does He love me? I need help! All you need to do is ask Him. On Christmas Day,1984, my husband asked Jesus at the point of suicide to come into his heart and be his Lord and Savior and instantly he was cleansed and born again. There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. John 3:3 Our sin separates us from God but Jesus paid the price for every sin, past present, and future. If we ask Him to forgive us and be our Savior and Lord, He will. Don't wait for emotion or some big sign, but simply ask Him and trust His word that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
5tomidnightmusic.comtag:5tomidnightmusic.com,2005:Post/66922952021-07-19T10:50:40-07:002021-07-19T10:50:40-07:00Child of God, You are never alone.
It is when I am in the nature that God created and all is still that I sense the overpowering presence of the living God more than ever. Truly He is almighty, Sovereign, and knows your heart. Walk in the spirit and you will overcome the fears and doubts of the flesh. Start thanking God for all that He made and for what He has done in your life and surrender all of your circumstances to Him and the anxiety will flee.
